Description
Construction entrances need to be re-established. There is track out on the road and some of the inlet socks have been removed. Please have inspected by State certified erosion control inspector to bring into compliance- city should have plenty on staff. Violation of the cities NPDES permit.

This issue appears to be with the college construction.
The City Construction services department would not have jurisdiction. It has been forwarded to the Engineering department for the environmental impact.
