Description

Neither Pembury Ave. nor St. Leonard's Ave. have curbs or proper drainage. This six inch deep puddle is always there and never dries up. In winter, it freezes solid and becomes a dangerous skating rink. One neighbour has already fallen and been seriously injured. In addition, the culvert at this corner has been blocked for over a year causing water to back up .
We have asked Councillor Robinson about it and she has tried in vain to get the city to fix it. The city has done work on all other parts of St. Leonard's but continues to ignore us because of some fight with the developer of nearby houses. We need this fixed before winter or some other innocent citizen is going to get hurt yet again.
