Description
The Homeless Encampments on Wood Street are out of control. What started out as a tiny homes compassionate project has turned into a shanty town. Daily parked cars most without valid registration have people doing drugs, prostitution and housing stolen property such as bicycles etc. They are asked to leave, only to return the next day. This is not only illegal but dangerous for the business owners asking them to leave their place of business. The encampments are most defiantly turning into a health hazard dumping human waste and garbage wherever they see fit. When will the City of Oakland address this problem? Will it take an innocent bystander being robbed mugged or even worse murdered before something is done? Please address this issue of illegal occupation immediately.

Also I would like to note that this and every complaint on the web app are time stamped, some issues complaints dating back years without out resolve.
In the event an innocent bystander becomes victim to a robbery, assault etc, the City of Oakland should be held 100% accountable for negligence in not addressing these complaints in a timely manner.
