Description

There was already someone shot in front of this vacant house, there is constantly vehicles from out of state parking and waiting until someone comes up to them. The window was open for a while in front of the house and after many calls to housing about the problem nothing was ever done, guess the vagrants got chilly. The whole block is entirely too dark.
