Potholes in alley behind all the houses on our block (3650 to 3658 Hermitage Road) were reported on June 14, 2016 - Tracking #2591002. No return calls from my calls/messages to 311 nor any action taken. Potholes are now extremely large and a hazard to vehicles and pedestrians. The 6 month period for action by the City (as I was told in my initial conversation) has now passed.

Customer called said that potholes made it very dangerous to walk or drive through the alley. Customer said that the potholes are getting bigger and bigger.
