Description

The signal for the left turn from Binney onto Third is incredibly short and only allows 3 cars to turn before turning red again. This is very inefficient and causes significant backup and travel delays on Binney. It has been this way for years and needs to be corrected. It is even worse with all the construction on Binney Street. Please extend the time so that all intersecting lanes have ample time to pass through the lights and alleviate traffic.
