The City of Red Deer assigned this issue to Public Works

This has generated a service request for further investigation.

REALLY? Further investigation? It's a gravel-based alley, not a UFO! This alley needs grading at least once every 2 -3 months, and has needed so for as long as I can remember. Why is this so difficult?

I put this request in Oct 26 and finally Feb 19th I get an acknowledgment. Ridiculous.

I bet if it was the mayors back alley it would have been graded before it became an issue in November of 2012

At this time of year the alley can not be graded. As the weather warms and the alley dries up we will send a crew to grade the alley. A service request has been generated and will remain in our system until weather permits us to grade the alley. Thank you.
