Description

9:20am today, the traffic signal for eastbound William Street before Telegraph Ave did not detect my bicycle or give me a green light, while waiting right on top of the detector stencil. This was reported previously (http://seeclickfix.com/issues/2536720) and listed as fixed, but the signal is still not working.
