Tree encroaching our property. I have a plant growing below the city tree branch and is now being hindered. Please remove the two large branches. I've called about a month ago, but the issue hasn't been addressed.

I've taken the liberty to cut off some of the lower twigs that were hindering the growth of my plant, but I really need maintenance personnel to cut off the branches that are growing in the direction of my front yard as the upper twigs & branches will hinder the growing of my plant in the future.
