Description

This occurred at 9am. The westbound I-635 and N Belt Line Rd. red light is off. Southbound Belt Line was stopped for the northbound traffic to turn left. When the northbound light turned red, there was a pause but the westbound light did not turn green. Both north- and southbound Belt Line were then green. I waited at the light for 3.5 minutes, which is more than double the max time. Please fix this! There is a large amount of traffic exiting I-635 here and the delays are unacceptable. Thank you.
