Description

The length of Twin Pines Drive and it's right away is too develped, the visual effect causes drivers to favor the center of the road to avoid the vegetation. At a slight bend below Twin. Pines and Briarcliff one cannot see clearly round the bend. Additionally during heavy rain events, dead limbs and old vines dangle in roadway.
