11/01/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with not being satisfied with a chip seal has been formally reported to Richmond Paving Administration (#20020871238) so that proper consideration and handling can take place accordingly for resurfacing of these neighborhood streets.
