Description

I noticed that the pedestrian signal on the north side of the intersection of Forest Hill and Bliley was lying flat on the ground (apparently knocked over). This is already a dangerous area for pedestrians, in proximity to several GRTC stops and needs to be fixed soon. People's lives may depend on it.
