Description

Many mornings, northbound traffic on Ella is blocked by cars waiting to get to the drive-in window at the Ella Blvd Shipley's. The traffic gets backed up through the intersection and south of W 34th. The conditions are ridiculous. Shipley's should be required to address the traffic hazard they create.
