Description

The traffic light at this intersection should have its timing adjusted to flash a caution signal for Miner Road traffic and flash red for opposing traffic during non-rush hours. During rush hours, the light is needed and effective. At other times, it is a nuisance. Pedestrians would still be able to push the existing buttons to cause the light to change and allow them to cross Miner Road.
