For some reason...my address is listed on the yellow slip put on the item for pre paid fee? Can you explain this?

As this item is not following proper disposal procedures, it has been tagged. As no police report has been filed it is assumed that this item has come from the address that it is in front of. If this item has been illegally dumped please contact the Newport Police and file a report. Once a report has been filed the proper protocol will follow.

I reported it as illegal dumping. Not in front of my house. Not my trash. This is now a big problem in newport after the poorly thought out changes in the waste collection. I should not have to call NPD. absurd!!!
