Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. due to the location and and size of bushes along lively st and clay road (9742 clay rd houston tx 77080) my fiance, child , along with my self were hospitalized and lost a vehicle. I'm a worried this can cause a fatality and needs immediate attention. My name is Joseph Sader please contact me. I have pictures from the accident, hospital, the car being totalled, the report being totalled. From my understanding bushes can not be more than 36 inches (to prevent obstruction of view) but these are higher which I feel is the cause if the accident. from the stop sign it's impossible to view oncoming traffic.
