I was at the property on May 31 and found the lawn was not being parked on. The property owner lives at the adjoining property and told me he has a document that acknowledges the spaces at the unit as being recognized by the city. I asked him to forward that document to my attention.
There were no cars parked in this area on that day.
Based on the new complaint this weekend we will ticket the vehicle. At this time we have not identified any area as being approved for off pavement parking.
The property owner has given me an update that he has not found the documentation yet. He sent the following message about the interim plan: "...I will be asking members of our congregation and other users of the space to refrain from parking off the pavement until we can resolve this question."
