Description

2619 Ivy Street 77026. White apartment complex Single Row of Apartments. Residents have been asked to contact owner to report the sewer overflow in their back yard and overflow to my front yard. They refuse to call or give us the number to contact the owner "Richard". The sewage and the odor are intolerable! This is the second report I have made to 311.
