Description

At the Scarborough Civic Centre, They have Sunday afternoon Concerts. On the curved driveway.leading to the front entrance they are four handicaped parking spots. I tried to squeese in & got a ticket. So you drive around to the shipping area where there are many spots( 2 ) are for handicapped. There is a sign pointing the way to a elevator, but the door is allways locked. So you have to climb approx 30 steps to get to the main floor where the concert is been held. You then push the auto door opener and it does not work. For years we used to enjoy refreshments in the cafe in the civiic centre during the intermision now that has closed down. Can you try & fix some of these problems 81 year old Senior
