The grass needs to be cut .you have them cut the median but you can't get the grass cut where our children go to school and y'all wonder why people hate living in the city of Richmond. It needs to be cut asap because the children have to play in the parking lot or on the side walk.they have field day coming up .I would like a phone call regarding this matter. (804-933-9740. Tracy.
