Description

Intersection of Belmont and Hancock st has been blinking red lights all directions for a few days now. This was posted under Everett, they advised it's Malden's diristiction. This has become a VERY dangerous situation as people are not treating this intersection as a Stop sign and flying through without slowing down. Needs to be fixed ASAP!!
