Description

Traffic signal is too short for both north and south bound traffic on Lincoln Ave. and too long for traffic on Citron St. at the intersection of Lincoln and Citron, creating an unnecessary traffic bottle neck for both north and south bound traffic on Lincoln. I notice this around 6:00 am each day, not sure if the issue continues throughout the day.
