Public Works - DA (Inspections) assigned this issue to Traffic - EM (Community Relations)

Even if you just put one of those orange cones over it in the interim, that would be better than nothing. Every day when I go out for lunch I have to remember not to walk on that side. A minor inconvenience for me, but what if a blind person unfamiliar with that area were to take a walk there?
