Description
The tree is severely overgrown.
I spoke with the property owner and he said it had damaged his sewer line in the past. I'm unsure if he reported it to the city.
The roots are spilling over onto the sidewalk and bulging over the curb into the road.
I'm reporting because my sewer line is having drainage issues. I don't know whether it's related, but if not, the tree needs to be removed as a preventative measure.

It doesn't seem like my problem was caused by the tree. The tree is still massive, though.
How long does it usually take for it to be checked out?
