Needs to be mowed again

There was a very bad accident at this intersection last week. The grass and weeds really need to be dealt with on a permenant basis here. Maybe using the spray the highway dept uses to kill the weeds at the start of spring. The road, Tollgate, really needs a lot of repair work. Just east of this intersection, on the S curves, the pavement on the south side of the road has broken and there is a serious drop off in two locations, and very hard to avoid it, due to narrow S curve and on coming traffic. This is a very busy road that could use some redesign work and repaving to straighten it better and maybe bring the grade up where it meets Scholls School Rd.

Scoals School Road was fine back in the 1800s before vehicle traffic but now with thousands of cars each day coming down this road the S curves at the end leading into toll gate are extremely dangerous

The field which some type of crop is grown on that makes up about 2 acres, the township should look at making Shoals School Road go straight along the western edge of the field instead of the right Edge where it is now

This field is supposed to be developed for single family homes and when that occurs the road should be relined to create a four-way intersection for the new development going on the north side of Tollgate Road to provide an entrance for that development and provide a clear line of sight for traffic coming out of Shoals School Road

This should be put onto the traffic planning commission's next meeting

There have been numerous horrific crashes at this intersection and relining the road in creating a 4-way tee would be much safer and when the traffic light needs to be installed to accommodate the increase traffic the intersection will be already in place
