Description

On 5/14/2016, street water levels rose to mid-front yard levels. (House currently under construction after taking in water during 4/18/2016 rain event). Flooding continues to be a serious threat with every rainstorm despite completion of city drainage project # NSR 453 / WBS N-000385-0001-4. Since the project started ~2 years ago, flooding has actually worsened due to poor drainage. It is blatantly evident that drainage for Larchmont and surrounding areas is not "fixed" and needs immediate attention before houses flood a third time in one year.
