Description

bad crater in southbound lane at the bottom of the northwest leg of the H bridge

this opened up a week ago and several deep holes now block the entire lane just north of the Tarrytown recycling center

in middle of bridge going up, the asphalt ramp to the metal "bump" is falling apart from plows and needs to be re-ramped.
