Description

During even moderate busy traffic times, the lack of a left turn arrow causes significant backup for drivers headed southbound on Lexington at Summit Ave.

The intersection of Lex/Summit needs some MAJOR reengneering. Not only are there huge backups at most times - taking a left going northbound on Lex is dangerous. The whole intersection is dangerous for cars, bikers and walkers - of which there are often all three. It is a matter of time before a ped/biker is hurt/killed at this intersection.

Good point Emily, as an avid biker, if turning I try to avoid this intersection to stay safe.
