Hello. There is 2 males camping and living in tents and there's tons of garbedge and nasty stuff all over the area there in the no trespassing area where the water runs. They are contaminating the area leaving garbedge everywhere. And is not sanitary. Also been seeing people going threw there and parting. And there were needles and crack pipes and tin foil all over the ground where there living at. Can you please remove these people from the water authority area. You can call or email me and I can tell you exactly the location of there discusting living quarters right on the RWA unauthorized area. If your on dixwell and go down treadmill st. On the left there behind the outter space bar and music studio plaza. Going towards the right fool ow trail along the water. And threw a path that looks a bit closed with thorn bushes but still could go threw it and right up there on left is the nasty area. Who knows what kinda diseases and contamination these 2 individuals are causing. There's damn needles and crack pipes all over the ground. Let's clean up this dump. I will be more than happy to show you in person as well. This has been an ongoing issue with these two males they do not leave the property. The 2 males living there are identified as Patrick lynch.
