3113 E. Broad Street continues to be a nuisance.
The grass is becoming overgrown and needs to be cut.
In the front of the house there is a cut down tree that has been laying in front of the house for 2 years. The concrete curbing of the front yard is broken and is infringing on the sidewalk. There is a pile of construction debris that has been laying on the back porch since last summer.

This house has been vacant for the last 10 years and electricity is still hooked up. An electrical inspection should be performed or the electricity should be disconnected. This is a potential fire hazard. I believe that the owner is using this house as a storage unit which I think is a noncom forming use.

The house has been owned by the current owner since 2005 and very little has been done to this house in that time. This one of very few houses in the church hill historic district that still has boarded up windows. The owner should be forced to at least make this house presentable.
