There's been the worst most horrible smells coming from the water treatment plant every day for months!. It's so terrible it's all over this neighborhood you can't escape it! The borough Authority Improvement Plan issued last year states that $2 million odor control equipment was supposed to be installed in 2015 and they still haven't done anything!! Someone needs to do something it's so foul
