Description

See attached photo. A clogged Drain is present on the south side of Randall Street. The clogged Drain is 5 - 10 feet east of 24th Street. There is an everpresent pile of sludge / standing water that, because of its long-standing existence, is creating a swamp / wetland like situation. The situation attracts rodents and deters residents (and city-workers) from mowing / maintaining the lawn. Furthermore, the neglect (as expected) attracts unsavory residents that, because of the poor care, contribute negatively with illegal dumping. Please help!
