I've referred this to our Public Works Department. I will update this issue when I have heard back from them. Thanks for reporting.

For the record, there were some young adults (probably 20) trying to take out the no parking sign again on Benehan Street near Woodburn. The sign has been "stolen" twice before that I know of, and as soon as it is, these kids park on the street all the way and even into the intersection at Woodburn.

Our officers have investigated and there is no violation of public parking laws or blocking of the alley taking place. If private property owners wish to take action to prevent parking on their property they can, but it would not involve the City.
