Description

The white truck full of bikes and other junk is parked on Hickory across from the Winco entrance. It has been there over an hour. The driver in the white passes stuff to the transient with the plaid shirt and walks away. He returns and the same thing happened. As I took these photos a transient look out drinking beer whistled very loud. Then a man in the red pulled up behind and walked up to the driver and said a few words then proceeded to walk to the back of the truck and hang out. As we left the guy with the beer crossed Hickory to the same truck. Then another transient came out of the vacant lot walking towards the truck. I have more pics
