What about the issue of the trash & recycling cans being on both the sidewalks on the east and west sides of the 200 block of North 29th Street. It is feasible for the property owners to place the cans on their property. Can you advise as to whether or not the City is going to enforce its ordinance? If the city is in need of money and the fine is $50.00 per day, what a great way to raise money. With all the can fines it would appear there would no need to debate whether or not to raise taxes. Thank you.
