Are you reporting a problem with the fountain at West Side Park? If so you should contact the Park District 398-2550 to give them some specific details of the problem. I will pass on the limited info you provided here and this will be closed at Public Works.

I was not. There was a water shut off on the corner where i posted from. The water was pouring out and into the storm sewer.

If this is at Washington and Lynn, it has been reported to the IL American Water company.
