Or is this pothole located on the way out of the parking lot going onto 110st?

It seems the location of this issue is located within Wal-Marts property. (11050-11222 103 Ave Grande Prairie, AB T8V 7H1, Canada)
The Transportation Department is unable to rectify this issue.

This is not Walmart's property. It is a public road. Between Walmart and Totem Building Supplies. It is just before the corner of Lipon Dentistry. Heading north. Fix the hole instead of coming up with excuses that it is Walmart's property Jesus Murphy get it right
