Local Residents from nearby and locals are using this road as a cut through to get to Green Acres Rd at Route 70. There's a traffic light there to allow safe exiting east onto Route 70. Wilbur Road is too dangerous for left hand turns!
Police signs to slow down do NOT work. Speeding in excess of 25mph is constant. Does someone need to be killed or severely injured before corrective action is taken?
Speed bumps down this road would force cars to slow down. They're in other residential areas of Ocean County.

Ocean County Road Dept. and the Manchester Twp. Public Works have been used in the past to pave and make improvements to our roads. Someone please investigate before a resident or child is critically injured or killed.

Please be advised the local township has placed stop signs at frquently used intersections in the neighborhood.
However, there still exists a problem with cars cutting through our neighborhood and accessing Steiner Rd to cut through the neighborhood and avoid these newly placed stop signs.
Many new young families with young children have moved into our neighborhood, and need protection.
