Description

I don't know what is going on, but someone keeps turning these signal indicators to about a 45 degree angle on both sides on the street. They are now facing traffic instead of the pedestrian. You fixed them once before and now they are turned even more making it impossible to see the OK to cross signal in order to cross. I cross with my 2 year old grandchild. This makes it quite dangerous.

A. Walking signal is not visible to anyone crossing

A. Turned toward traffic. Unable to see to cross.
