These are the sort of people APD is telling us we need to be "Compassionate" to, that "homelessness is not a crime" and all this other assorted BS while they continue ignoring this problem and fraudulently closing these issues whenever we report these homeless encampments, "assigned to HLOs" only for the issue to remain unresolved years later

This is why I say that APD and in fact our whole city government in general is worthless and a drain on the taxpayers. They are taking our money and not using it to do anything to clean up these problems. This needs to stop. APD/the city needs to get their stuff in gear and start cleaning all these issues up. Otherwise they are a waste of taxpayer dollars. We can organize our own community militias and clean up the town ourselves in a matter of weeks. I'd gladly volunteer and do it for free. Meanwhile APD get paid huge salaries for essentially doing nothing but sitting on their butts all day while these homeless overrun our island and trash it to oblivion.
