This house was boarded up by STL city services, thank you. But over time people have pried open the boards and vagrants are hanging around and getting in the back. There was a fire one night and some of the tops windows were broken. The lawn is also overgrown.

3 Questions: 1) Can the house be boarded up again? 2) How often is STL moving the lawn? 3) Is there any action that can be taken against the property owner? Our street is held hostage by this mess of a property.
