Description

At this address, there is constant drag racing without helmets and a naturally occurring spring in the backyard. Recently they dug a trench knee deep in their backyard that runs out to the main street as they are trying to get rid of the water from the spring. I'd like someone from the Health Dept to take a look and see if this is deemed hazardous.

There is also noise and they have ruined their lawn by driving vehicles over them over and over again at speeds of 60- 65 MPH.
