Can DPW restore this portion of the Greenbelt on the East side of North Willard between Brookes and Loomis? It appears to have been formerly used/damaged but now a sign post prohibits further damage.

This area is lower than the adjoining areas because the is an old curb cut and the water drains from the sidewalk into this area. It remains muddy almost constantly. The fix would be up to the department of public works and the parks department. The public works department would need to install a curb here so the parks department could level it with the remaining area. Without the curb it will just wash into the street. It was more cost effective to place a sign here to make sure it wasn't being damaged by cars.
We will assign this to DPW to evaluate again.
