Tree limbs have been placed on sidewalk, forcing pedestrians to walk out into the street in order to go around the obstacle.
Unfortunately, it is becoming a habit with out of town property owner Roger Hodgson, P.O. Box 853, Newnan, Georgia 30264-0853, to clear brush from his property and pile it up on the sidewalk. This is the 3rd report I've filed this summer. Last time, it was a traffic hazard that Capt. Eric Woodford handled because it had toppled over into the street and blocked half of the north bound lane. Mr. Hodgson's rental property at 261 Corbin is uninhabited at this time.
