Description

Abandon buildings with racoons living in buildings. Building falling in back of building. Dangerous, children can be hurt. Two schools within a block of this abandoned building. also a portable toilet six houses down that has been there for over five years. This is a health hazard.

UPDATE
April 7, 2013 -The sidewalk was cleaned up. The building is otherwise in the same deteriorated condition. The portable toilet still remains on the lot of 3026 W. Dauphin St.

The building still remains in the same condition. The raccoons enter thru the windows area that lead to the basement of the building and also from the rear of the building also.. The board that is suppose to cover an upstairs window on the front of the building is hanging from the window and could fall off. The portable toilet on the lot still remains at 3026 W. Dauphin St.
