I commute from Tilly Mill Road (west of PIB) to PIB to 285 every morning. This is the worst part of my commute, and I commute all the way downtown. I believe that the merge from Tilly Mill Road and the Access Road to PIB would benefit from the same barricades you encouraged for the 400/85 merge. Traffic backs up when people merge too quickly across the solid white lines - same problem as 400/85. I appreciate any assistance you can offer to get traffic moving through this merge! The attached photo was taken this morning (9/26) as I sat and waited 25 minutes to travel from the Texaco on Tilly Mill Road to PIB.
