This is broken again! Issue was fixed March 1, but broken again.....I think it is more than just the pedestrian signal. The lights keep changing for Walmart entry, even tho no one in that intersection. Previous ticket: Issue ID: 2274535 "Please fix the traffic signal here in front of Walmart on Oak Street. This signal was always on a timer, with a traffic eye built into the road, exiting Walmart. It is only supposed to cycle on when there is traffic leaving Walmart. But, somehow, it is now cycling ALL the time for Walmart exit, even when there is no Walmart traffic. This is causing huge delays on Oak street (that already has congested traffic issues). Please adjust light to work with the traffic eyes and only cycle on when traffic is present to exit 700 Oak."
