I received this reply to another pole problem on May 26. Wondering what happened to the agreement? "We have recently met with the CATV pole attachment owners and we have all agreed to utilize a third party notification system. This agreement now allows each owner 30 days to transfer their utilities to the new pole, so that we can remove the deteriorated pole. We apologize for the time it has taken to resolve this issue. No, but someone has taken the support cable which was on it off of it. I emailed the head of the Huntsville Information Technology Services about this over a week ago but never got a response back from him. The first complaint on this pole was put on Huntsville Connect on May 24, 2014 (#1098634) the complaint was closed with nothing being done about it.
Thank you for getting the pole removed. Would like to know about the agreement between CATV pole attachment owners. Does this allow each of the companies 30 days total from the day of the complaint or 30 days for each party from the day of the complaint? What happens if they fail to meet the deadline - anything?
