Since the wheelchair ramp was added, every time it rains, the water has nowhere to go. The ramp is now a Dam. This is a safety hazard as well as a health issue. Mosquitoes will be at an all time high this summer in this area if this issue is not resolved immediately. With the threat of the bird flu and zika virus, I highly urged this Dam which stretches over 180 feet be resolved immediately.
